I created this practice here in Edgewater, Florida because I believe you deserve more than just getting through the day. You deserve to be seen and heard.
I love working with people who are ready to dig deeper, to work through the experiences that still hurt, not just find ways to get through another day.
In our work together, we can use EMDR, sand tray, and expressive arts to explore what words alone don’t always reach. You don’t have to tell your whole story perfectly, and going deep doesn’t mean rushing. We’ll move at a pace that respects you.

Tiffany is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist, and an EMDR Consultant-in-Training.
Tiffany specializes in working with complex trauma, PTSD, and dissociative disorders, primarily dissociative identity disorder. Tiffany graduated from Hodges University with her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December 2023.
Tiffany also co-hosts the podcast, A Couple of Multiples: The Reality of Dissociative Identity Disorder and was one of the 61 participants interviewed by Dr. Jamie+ Marich in the book, Dissociation Made Simple. She has also spoken at the Healing Together conference, hosted by An Infinite Mind, from 2023-2026.
